Turnaround time policy

Ready for pick-up or shipping on the NEXT DAY, 7 days a week.

To qualify for guaranteed NEXT DAY turnaround, your edible print order must be submitted and confirmed with payment by 8 pm the day before pick-up. Layouts must be confirmed / issues corrected by 9 pm the latest.

Orders that are not paid by 8 pm the day before pick-up will be cancelled.
Late payments or file replacements will not be accepted after the deadline. Your order will not be processed, very sorry. You may place a new one for a later pick-up date.

RUSH ORDERS

To request a rush (same day) order for Edible Prints

(not guaranteed and subject to my availability)

• Beginning at 9:00 am, call or text me (Larissa) at 514.887.0176. Please include your name and mention “rush order.”

• If your rush order is approved, you must pay and confirm the layout(s) within one hour.

• Do not request rush orders by email, and do not submit your regular next-day order with “rush” in order notes — your order may not be processed in time.

'In stock today' products – just add to your cart and select the date and time for pick-up. Same-day pick-ups are welcome (subject to my availability, please text/call before placing your order).
Limited stock, Pre-Order for larger quantities available.

'Pre-Order' products – 48h production time.

Due to the more complex production process and longer production times,
RUSH ORDERS are not available.
