All cake toppers are crafted from plant-based (corn-derived) bioplastic. They are food-contact safe and a petroleum-free alternative to traditional plastics. They are available in three styles: classic vertical/upright, front-mounted (side insert), and flat (no sticks) — perfect for any cake design or sweet table setup.
Each topper is precision 3D-printed in a variety of colors to match your design. They are sturdy, durable, and non-perishable, making them keepsakes you can enjoy long after the celebration.
For added sparkle, the glitter version is finished with a thin layer of edible glitter that is fully safe for food contact.
The production time for cake toppers is 48 hours. Design elements or wording cannot be changed, added, or removed beyond the available customization options offered for each item (see description).

The designs are mainly split into 3 general categories: ***GN – generic topper without Name/Number/Other customization options, f/e “Happy Birthday” ***CM – customizable topper with Name/Number/Other customization options, f/e “Happy Birthday Luis 25“ 000CM – (a totally CUSTOM TOPPER) – any design that is made specifically for you and therefore may not fit any other occasion or be re-used and offered at the store later on. Turnaround time

Ready for pick-up or shipping on the NEXT DAY, 7 days a week.
To qualify for guaranteed NEXT DAY turnaround, your edible print order must be submitted and confirmed with payment by 8 pm the day before pick-up. Layouts must be confirmed / issues corrected by 9 pm the latest.
Orders that are not paid by 8 pm the day before pick-up will be cancelled. Late payments or file replacements will not be accepted after the deadline. Your order will not be processed, very sorry. You may place a new one for a later pick-up date.
RUSH ORDERS for Edible Prints

All orders paid after 11 am will be shipped on the next nearest mail-out day (Monday, Wednesday or Friday).

Your order will be cancelled:
if your e-transfer is missing, or I was not able to deposit it by 8 pm the day before pick-up.
if your order contains mistakes, oversized or missing images and you did not reply to my email by 9 pm the day before pick-up.
Payments methods accepted:
I accept e-Transfers, PayPal and Credit Cards (via PayPal checkout, no need to have/create PayPal account). Sorry, but I do not accept Tangerine transfers, standard e-Transfer only.
Please, note: Any print job or cake topper is done only after a full payment. No cash on pick-up, no exceptions.
Cancellations and Refunds:
You may check your order status by visiting Track your order page. You will also receive your order update emails, please check your spam.
Any changes / cancellations (with refund) or print file swaps are accepted if your order status is still Processing. If your order status is Completed, no changes or cancellations may be done.
As of this point any orders are non-refundable, unless I made any mistakes / messed-up your order (an extremely rare case, but I am a human, not a robot).
If your product, however, was not printed/manufactured yet, I may issue a full refund.
Rush orders are printed/manufactured on the same day right after I get the payment, so I can not issue refunds for those.
To avoid misprints or print cancellations, please stay in touch! I always email your layout preview and ask for corrections if necessary.
Check your email (spam, too)!
I will not refund any misprints if you do not reply to my email with layout confirmation or correction by 9 pm of the day before pick-up and your order was printed as is. Any print layouts which were not confirmed or corrected by that time will be printed as is if all images look OK in my subjective opinion.
Any orders with mistakes, oversized or missing images will NOT be printed and may result in order cancellation if you do not respond on time.
If a print job/cake topper was canceled by Edible Print Montreal (Key Art Studio Cakes) for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Regular Mail (Lettermail) orders
Regular Mail (Lettermail) shipping service is usually quite reliable, however:
Due to inability to either track Regular Mail shipments or have a proof of whether they were delivered or not,
I DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND WILL NOT REFUND: lost, stolen, damaged, undelivered, late or unclaimed Regular/Standard mail (Lettermail) orders.
I do keep a picture proof of your created product(s) along with the proof of shipping which may be requested by you at any time, no questions asked.

All shipping options include the following:

At the moment, I offer shipping to Canadian addresses only.
All orders are mailed 5 days a week Monday through Friday.
Shipping speed and Pricing are estimated in cart. All estimated delivery times are in business days, excluding mailing day, holidays and weekends.
Products marked as “Pre-Order” require 48 hours of production time, which must be added to your estimated shipping and delivery date.
Your edible prints on icing sheets will be double-bagged and will remain good for up to 4 weeks after shipping.
UBER Delivery
Uber Delivery (flat rate) is now available in Greater Montreal Area for all orders. Check your address for eligibility. – FREE Uber Delivery on orders of $120 or more.
You can schedule Uber Delivery up to a week ahead, or request a same-day delivery if your rush order was approved.
I’ll call or text you once the driver picks up your order. Please ensure you’re available during your selected delivery time and able to respond to delivery-related calls or texts from either me or the driver.
